And suddenly you’re in another space, another time, a place only for you where you can sort out any issue in your life.This is what running does for me.

I’m going to be honest: I’ve NEVER felt that way when I run. I’m always acutely aware of my labored breathing, my aching calves, and a dozen other discomforts I feel to think about anything else, let alone sort out life issues. The only thing I really like about running is the feeling I get afterwards. But the actual running part? Hell no.

I used to be the same way ^ 
But somewhere along the line, it became an escape.
